I am a resident of the Gainesville area for the past 10 plus years where I have attended both Santa Fe College and Saint Leo University. I hold my B.A. in Elementary Education and received my endorsements in Reading and in ESOL. I have taught fifth grade for the past two years and have also taught both second and third grades in previous years. I am continuing my education and seeking to earn my Masters in Reading through Saint Leo University. I have two sons, one will start sixth grade and another that will be starting Kindergarten. This helps me see both sides of the educational system being a parent and a teacher. I look forward to an exciting year at my new home at Healthy Learning Academy.
